Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Burn Rate handles information. Burn Rate is published by Corey Noles. Questions and requests may be sent to cogamesapps@gmail.com.

Game progress and founder profile

Burn Rate stores game progress, settings, the founder name and avatar you choose, product history, event results, and collectible placement on your device. We do not operate a Burn Rate login, cloud-save service, or independent analytics backend. The founder name is a local game label and is not sent to a Burn Rate server. Apple device backups depend on your system settings; Burn Rate does not currently provide cross-device save synchronization.

Optional Game Center

If you choose Game Center, Apple handles authentication and Game Center presentation. Burn Rate may read your Game Center nickname, scoped player identifier, and relevant account or restriction status. Scores or achievements are sent to Apple only when their related Game Center feature is enabled. Apple may display your nickname and results to other players. Skipping Game Center does not block ordinary gameplay. See Game Center & Privacy.

Optional rewarded advertising

Burn Rate may offer optional rewarded videos through Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Videos are not required for ordinary gameplay. A reward is granted only after the provider reports that it was earned.

Google’s services may process privacy choices, network and device information, approximate location inferred from an IP address, advertising views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. These purposes can include delivering and measuring ads, preventing fraud, diagnostics, and consent functionality. Burn Rate requests non-personalized advertising, but Google may still use device information for purposes such as frequency capping and aggregated reporting. Declining consent does not stop ordinary gameplay. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Burn Rate does not currently request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. A privacy choice or non-personalized ad request does not mean that no information is processed. The App Store privacy disclosure will describe the enabled release configuration and integrated providers.

Optional purchases

Burn Rate may offer optional cosmetic sticker or avatar packs through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple processes payment and purchase-account information. Burn Rate may keep an on-device entitlement and delivery record so an approved purchase can be restored or recovered. We do not receive or store full payment-card details. Support, retention, and deletion

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond through the Co. Games Gmail account. Support conversations are kept for up to 12 months after an issue is resolved, then deleted unless needed for an unresolved issue or a legal or security obligation.

You may ask us to delete your support conversation by emailing cogamesapps@gmail.com. We will honor a verified request unless retention is required for one of those limited reasons. Do not send credentials, payment information, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Local progress remains until you or the system removes the app’s data. Deleting Burn Rate may erase that progress. It does not delete information separately held by Apple or Google; use their privacy or account controls for requests about their services.

Audience

Burn Rate is a general-audience game. It is not designed specifically for children and is not intended for Apple’s Kids Category. The app does not ask for a birth date. Parents and guardians may use Apple’s device and App Store controls.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page will show the revised text and effective date. Material changes will be reflected before related behavior is enabled.
