Logging a coffee
Log a Coffee when you make or accept coffee at home instead of buying the cafe drink you otherwise would have purchased. It is not meant to count every cup you drink at home.

Bean Counter tracks the cafe purchase you skipped when a home coffee replaced it. Your savings stay personal and sync through your private iCloud data.
iCloud sync
Use the same Apple Account on each device, and make sure iCloud is enabled for Bean Counter in device settings. Sync can take a moment when the app returns to the foreground.
Reminders
Set reminders in Settings for before cafe time, after your usual coffee, or a weekly recap. Notifications are optional and can be changed in iPhone Settings.
Backups
Export a JSON backup from Settings before moving devices or making a large cleanup. Importing merges coffees that are not already present instead of replacing your history.
Saving badges
Achievement badges can be shared or saved to Photos. Bean Counter asks for add-only Photos permission only after you choose to save one.
Beta feedback
During TestFlight, use Apple's built-in feedback flow to report a problem or share an idea. Include what you expected, what happened, and which device you were using.
