How does offline progress work?

ParanormalCo. records when you leave and calculates eligible automated production when you return. Operations must have their matching investigator before they produce automatically.

Why is an operation not producing?

Before automation, tap the operation to run it manually. Hire the operation’s matching investigator to begin idle and offline production.

What happens when I Close the Case?

Case Closure resets the current Facility run and converts eligible progress into Classified Files. Permanent Classified upgrades, earlier claimed Files, lifetime statistics, and event progress remain.

Are Events part of my Facility save?

Events are temporary themed contracts with their own operations, currency, goals, and schedule. Event rewards strengthen the persistent Facility after the contract closes.

What is The Other Side?

The Other Side is a second permanent world with its own currency, operations, investigators, goals, and Charter renewal. Your Facility remains exactly where you left it when you switch worlds.

Do I need Game Center?

No. Game Center is optional and does not change your earnings or unlock gameplay rewards. When you are signed in, ParanormalCo. reconnects through Apple’s Game Center service on launch and return, then keeps your weekly and all-time Agency Rating synced automatically. If a sync fails, Player & Settings offers a retry without changing your local Rating. You can also keep playing without connecting.

Optional ads

If advertising is enabled, rewarded offers are optional. A reward is granted only after the video completes. Required gameplay actions do not require watching an ad.
