Privacy Policy

Better Spent is designed to work without an account, advertising SDK, bank connection, receipt scanning, or third-party analytics.

Data you create

Your meal scenarios, skipped-order history, goals, reminders, settings, and achievements are stored by the app. When iCloud is available, Apple’s private CloudKit service syncs that data between devices signed in to your iCloud account. The developer cannot browse your private CloudKit records.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Better Spent reads verified App Store entitlement information to unlock Pro features. The app does not receive your payment-card details.

Notifications and photos

If you choose to enable reminders, Better Spent schedules local notifications on your device. If you choose to save achievement artwork, the app requests permission to add that image to Photos.

Analytics

Better Spent does not send custom product events to the developer or third-party analytics services. Apple may provide aggregated App Store and subscription reports under Apple’s own terms.

Export and deletion

You can export a JSON backup from Settings. You can also reset Better Spent data from Settings. Because data may sync through iCloud, deletion can propagate to your other devices.
